The intuitive layout made initial access quite straightforward, and I appreciated the automatic updates that kept my system current without hassle. However, some database features didn’t function as seamlessly as I anticipated, and navigating the calling tools required more time than I expected. The dialer sometimes lagged, causing slight delays during workflow. The sign-up and payment process was smooth and hassle-free, but the onboarding flow could use clearer guidance to reduce confusion. Overall, using the software took a good level of effort to master, with both positives and limitations that balanced out in my experience.
