Setting up was complicated and kept needing ongoing fixes
Honestly, I found the training and onboarding quite frustrating right from the start. The setup was not really one-off; I spent a lot of extra time trying to fix issues that popped up repeatedly. Every time I thought I had everything configured correctly, there was some other step or setting that caused the dialer or database tools to malfunction or freeze. It felt like the onboarding promised a quick start but in practice, it was an ongoing effort to get everything to work right. The automatic updates sometimes seemed to change things without clear warning, which added to the confusion. Telephonic support was available but I either had to wait or had to repeat my problems because not all issues were understood or resolved on the first call. Sign-up and payment were easy enough, but the setup after that was a drag. I just wanted something that worked smoothly without me having to keep adjusting and troubleshooting constantly. If I were talking to a friend, I’d say that it was more of a trial and error experience than a straightforward onboarding.
