Setting up was a mix of one-time effort and ongoing learning
When I first signed up, I was aware that a portion of the setup would be relatively one-time, like configuring the database and dialing system, which took some dedicated hours. The onboarding modules helped a lot in guiding me through these steps but also made clear that regular updates and ongoing adjustments would be part of the game, especially with automated updates tweaking features. I was prepared to spend some initial focused time setting things up, which wasn’t easy but not overwhelming either. After initial configuration, I appreciated the continuous telephonic support I used a few times; it was reassuring knowing help was available. Ongoing use, though, demanded me to stay alert to new features and changes, so it wasn’t just set-and-forget. Overall, the setup effort was balanced between upfront work and continuous learning, which fits well for someone wanting to grow gradually rather than expecting all at once.
