Setting up took an expected amount of effort
After considering the overall effort required, I’d say setting up was fairly manageable but involved distinct phases. The initial sign-up was straightforward and the invoicing process clear enough, which reduced anxiety early on. Then configuring the calling tools and dialer needed more attention given the connectivity options and various settings involved. It felt like some of this was setup work needed only once, while other elements, such as reviewing training materials and adapting to automatic updates, demanded regular engagement. The telephonic support was a useful fallback when I encountered problems, but I primarily relied on the documented training. Payment processes remained smooth, contributing to a stable workflow. Though setup didn’t feel trivial, the balance between one-off and ongoing tasks seemed reasonable for the features and training offered. This practical approach met my expectations and fit well with the way I wanted to integrate remote workflows into my daily routine. It was worth the effort to get everything running properly.
