Setting up billing took a bit longer than expected

When I started setting up payments for the WFHI software, I found that the initial configuration required more one-off effort than I anticipated. There were several options to choose from during invoicing setup, which meant spending quite a bit of time figuring out how everything fit. The ongoing billing afterward seemed more straightforward, mostly automatic, but I had to double-check that recurring invoices were generated correctly. I appreciated that the software let me review past invoices and payments easily, which meant less confusion than I sometimes experience elsewhere. However, the initial setup was not a quick task; it involved navigating a few screens and entering detailed information that felt redundant at times. Despite this, customer support was helpful when I had questions about payment gateways and the timing of invoice delivery. The process took a few sessions over several days rather than being accomplished in one go. Once finished, the system handled subsequent billing smoothly with minimal input needed from me. So while the time investment was higher than expected initially, the setup eventually paid off with better automation and transparency. I would say if you are ready to spend a solid chunk of time in the beginning, the ongoing payments process works reliably and without surprises. It’s a mixed experience because the time commitment is significant at first but much less demanding once done properly.
