Setting It Up Was Okay, But I'll Probably Need Help Again
So I have to say, the process to get the software up and running wasn’t exactly smooth sailing. I managed to get through most of the setup, but only after spending a good chunk of time trying to figure out various features. The database integration was kind of confusing and took more trial and error than I expected, and the dialer tools needed a bit of tweaking which wasn’t straightforward. I guess the automatic updates helped keep the software current, but honestly, I’m not totally confident I understood all the changes or knew how to manage them properly. Because of that, I think next time I’ll probably need to reach out for some help again, maybe even telephonic support, because it’s not super intuitive if you don’t have prior experience. It’s fine that they have support available, but it would be nice if the software was simpler to use at first, so there’s less guesswork. If I were explaining to a friend, I’d say the software works well when it’s set up properly, but getting there might require more assistance than you expect.
