Setting it up took quite some effort
The wording and labels throughout the sales and pre-purchase information needed more clarity. Some terms felt mixed up, making it tough to figure out exactly what each feature included and when I’d have database access or dialer capabilities. The descriptions didn’t match what I had imagined based on the initial marketing, leaving me to double-check with support. On the other hand, the sign-up and invoicing process went smoothly; that part is straightforward enough. The training outline gave a decent idea of what to expect post-purchase, which helped slightly. Overall, it felt like the effort to get things started was higher than I would have liked because of the confusion in the descriptions, but the essential tools and support did eventually come together adequately. Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement to make the labels and wording more transparent and reduce initial friction for new customers.
