Set up was somewhat patchy, figured out a bit myself
The training and onboarding provided by WFHI gave me a basic overview, but I found myself having to piece together a lot on my own to get started effectively. Watching the videos helped to understand the software components, but many features, like the dialer and database, required trial and error to use confidently. There weren’t many live interactions early on, so I relied on the documentation, which was sometimes sparse and unclear. Once I managed to set up the calling tools, things ran smoother, but the initial phase felt like a lot of figuring out without much guidance. I wouldn’t say the training was completely inadequate, but it didn’t quite cover all the practical challenges I faced. Still, I was able to navigate through by repeated attempts and some support calls. The onboarding flow lacked a structured approach, so I ended up spending extra hours than anticipated just to be ready. In the end, I could use the software, but I wish the early-stage training had been more thorough and hands-on to reduce the guesswork.
