Jahan tak payment process ka sawaal hai, invoice mila tha timely aur woh clear tha. Ye overall experience achha tha, par mujhe lagta hai ki agar quarterly ya monthly basis par support aur updates par thoda direct feedback ya assistance milti toh aur behtar hota. Is wajah se koi bhi jo continuously system ka best use karna chahta hai, unke liye thoda challenging ho sakta hai sustain karna bina proper ongoing support ke. Par fir bhi initial communication ne basic setup smooth bana diya tha aur usmein koi major dikkat nahi aayi thi. Automatic updates ne software ko updated rakha but kabhi kabhi naye features ke sath thoda adjust karna padta hai. Main samajhta hoon ki agar aise features ke liye thoda aur proactive communication hota toh users ko ziyada seamless experience mil sakta tha.
