Set up completed with mostly one-time tasks, ongoing use felt manageable
The onboarding and training provided by WFHI involved a clear set of initial steps primarily completed during setup, including configuring the dialer and understanding the database feature. Once the initial software installation and sign-up were handled, the rest was largely a matter of learning to navigate the workflow through the training modules. Automatic updates were regular but did not require manual intervention; these updates ensured the software stayed current and operational without user effort. After setup, most days involved using the calling tools and managing the database rather than additional training sessions. Telephonic support was available if necessary, but I found it unnecessary once the onboarding was complete, as the software became familiar quickly. The invoicing and payment processes were also part of the initial setup phase and did not recur regularly in usage. Overall, the majority of the setup and learning was front-loaded, allowing ongoing work to proceed smoothly without repeated training or major adjustments. This made continued use manageable and predictable.
