Sequence of steps clicked once I mapped training flow to actual use
When I first started the training and onboarding, I wasn’t sure if the order of steps was the best fit. Some initial modules on database setup seemed slightly out of place before I fully understood the calling tools, which made me pause. As I continued, though, it gradually made sense how the software’s logical flow encouraged building the foundation before adding complex features. I particularly appreciated that the invoicing and payment instructions came early enough to avoid surprises during sign-up. The moment it clicked was when I realized the training's sequence wasn’t random but designed to prepare me for the next task smoothly. Still, a couple of times I thought it might’ve been easier if some steps were grouped differently, like merging dialer setup and automatic updates training, since they interconnect. Overall, the order was sensible enough, with minor tweaks that could make the path even clearer. This balance between structure and detail kept me engaged without feeling lost or rushed.
