Sequence of sales steps caught me off guard

I was surprised by how the sales and pre-purchase process unfolded because the order of the steps felt a bit disorganized from my perspective. After signing up, I expected to receive more immediate access to training and onboarding materials, but instead, I found myself waiting longer while dealing with invoicing and payment clarifications first. The software demos came late in the process, which I thought could have been better positioned earlier to help make my decision more informed. The sign-up itself was straightforward but the way the information was presented made me question what the next step should be without explicit guidance. Some communications overlapped in subject but not in timing, which was slightly confusing. On the positive side, the invoicing details were clear once I actually navigated that part and the payment process worked without technical glitches. But overall, I think the sequence could have been more logical by introducing training sooner and giving a clearer roadmap so potential users aren’t left wondering how to proceed. The delay in access to core tools feels counterintuitive for a remote workflow product and surprised me because it slows down getting started after the initial sign-up.
