Sequence of payment steps wasn’t as logical as expected
When I first went through the billing and payment steps, I assumed the process would flow logically, with clear actions and confirmations at each stage. However, I was surprised to find that the invoicing came before the payment confirmation, which felt a bit counterintuitive. I expected to pay and then receive an invoice as proof, but here the invoice generated immediately after sign-up, requiring me to verify that payment had actually been processed separately. Additionally, some steps in the payment portal required me to re-enter information that I thought should have been saved from my account setup, adding another layer of hassle. On the positive side, once payment was made, the system moved quickly to enable full access to the software and training resources. This part was handled efficiently and without delay, which balanced out some of the earlier confusion. Overall, the order of steps was more surprising than problematic, though it could be more straightforward to improve user confidence during checkout.
