Selling wala scene kuch zyada clear nahi raha yaar
I had high hopes but honestly, sales and pre-purchase process was disappointing. Jab main system purchase karne gaya tha, toh kuch problems ho gayi and they didn’t handle it properly. Support ko phone pe bataya tha par lagta tha jaise unke paas interest nahi tha meri problem solve karne ka. Jo explanation diye they, woh bhi vague tha and usually mujhe dusri baar batana padta tha apni problem. Jo automatic update feature hai, wo thoda achha kaam karta hai, but baaki sab thoda confusing aur frustrating tha. Database aur dialer features use karna bhi thoda tedious lag raha hai abhi tak, as I am still trying to figure out. Invoice aur payment ki baat karun toh woh to normal thi, koi dikkat nahi thi. Lekin overall, I would simply tell my friends to be ready for some headache if they go for it.
