Self-discovery stood out during onboarding
I appreciated the training and onboarding journey with WFHI overall, especially the way it encouraged me to figure out many features for myself. The self-paced approach really helped me engage deeply, and I felt I learned more by actually exploring the software’s calling tools and database features. That hands-on experience was valuable because I could take the time I needed to understand each module without pressure. However, this also meant that the initial stages were somewhat challenging, as I had to troubleshoot a few things on my own. While the automatic updates kept the software fresh and improved functionality, the documentation could be clearer in certain areas to reduce guesswork. The telephonic support system was reliable for queries I couldn’t solve independently, which provided some reassurance. I believe this blend of independent exploration coupled with occasional guided support shaped my learning experience the most. The self-workout aspect dominated, but having that safety net was a comfort. It was this balance that made the onboarding process meaningful to me, even if there were moments when a bit more direct guidance might have saved time.
