Seems suited for those who don't mind a bit of patience
The onboarding training overall felt structured though there were moments when I experienced some waiting around during the lessons, which was a bit tiring. The process had quite a bit of repetition but I suppose that could be useful for complete beginners. I reached the point where the calling tools and database features were introduced, and at that stage, the pace felt right. It would likely suit someone who prefers a step-by-step approach rather than rapid changes. I did find myself wishing some of the waiting could be reduced, especially during modules that repeated similar info. Still, I appreciated the overall clarity, and the automatic updates applied during training helped keep things consistent. So in general, the experience was quite good, just with a little room for less downtime here and there.
