Satisfied with support but slight doubts remain
Feeling confident with the telephonic support was important to me, and overall I think I got what I needed by the end. The staff I spoke with were patient and knowledgeable, walking me through issues with the dialer and database features. However, sometimes there was a delay before I could reach someone, which caused minor frustration. Despite that, the explanations always cleared my doubts, and I felt more comfortable using the software afterwards. So while the communication was generally good, I’d appreciate a quicker response time to really eliminate any remaining questions or hesitation about the tools.
