Satisfied, mostly, because of consistent help
Before signing up, I hoped the support and communication would be straightforward and helpful, and on that front, WFHI delivered. The telephonic support matched my expectations by being patient and clear whenever I needed assistance. The team was able to explain the features quite well, which eased my understanding of the calling tools and the database. The onboarding flow could have been smoother in some parts, but overall was sufficient. Invoicing and payment were handled professionally with no confusion, which lent confidence to the process. I do feel that some small hiccups in the software updates were addressed quickly after I reached out. It’s not like everything was perfect—but the steady and communicative support made a tangible difference. So while it’s not flawless, I am mostly satisfied knowing I can get the priority assistance I need when problems arise.
