Satisfied but billing took longer than expected
When I started with the payment process, it was fairly straightforward but I noticed a bit of repetition when verifying each invoice against my records. The sign-up was quick enough, but after that, I had to wait a bit for the invoice to arrive in my email which felt a little slow. The interface for payments was user-friendly and helped track dues easily. However, sometimes the payment confirmation took a few minutes longer than I would have liked, so that affected the speed of moving forward. Despite this, overall the process was smooth and I appreciated the clear layout, but a slightly faster turnaround on confirmation would be great.
