Sales Wording Clear but Some Labels Could Be Simpler
My experience with the sales process was generally positive. The product descriptions on their website helped me understand what WFHI offers without needing to ask many questions. They explained the features of the software and training clearly, which made the initial decision easier. However, I found that some of the labels used within the software interface during onboarding were a bit confusing at first. Terms related to the database and calling tools could have been made simpler for new users unfamiliar with technical jargon. That said, once I got used to the terminology, everything became much clearer. Overall, the clarity in sales communication helped set realistic expectations before purchase. The small hiccup with labeling inside the software didn't affect my confidence in the product's quality much, but it did slow down my initial progress slightly. I would recommend they consider simpler terms to enhance user-friendliness, especially for beginners. Still, the pre-purchase experience gave me enough confidence to move forward without feeling overwhelmed by technical details.
