Sales terms made me think twice
I had to dig quite a bit to understand what each label and offer meant before buying. The wording in their sales descriptions wasn’t always clear, which confused me about what features were included with each tier. I wasn’t sure if all the software modules would be unlocked or if I’d pay extra later. It required a fair amount of effort to get answers from support just to clarify the basic structure. On the plus side, once I reached someone, they were somewhat helpful in clearing up doubts. Still, the process felt more complicated than necessary and made the pre-purchase experience frustrating for me.
