Sales terminology was confusing and did not explain the product well

I found the sales and pre-purchase information of WFHI to be quite unclear. The wording used in the software descriptions and payment plans was often confusing and did not clearly explain what exactly was included. For instance, different labels for features overlapped or sounded technical without simple explanation, which made it harder to assess if the software suited my needs. The sign-up process also lacked straightforward instructions, which left me uncertain at times whether I was choosing the right package. This confusion did not feel professional because clarity is essential for buyers to make informed decisions. I appreciate that the team tried to provide some details, but the communication needs improvement. In practical terms, these unclear labels slowed down my purchase decision and forced me to ask multiple questions, making the process inefficient. I expected sales communication to do a better job helping customers understand the product easily.
