Sales team responsive but communication thoda slow
Mujhe shuru me acha laga jab maine pehli baar contact kiya because the sales agent was quick to reply to my emails and phone calls. Lekin jab aage ki baat aayi regarding detailed information about the software and training modules, toh responses a bit slow hui. They were polite and tried to explain, but kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki thorough clarity nahi mil rahi thi. Sign-up aur payment process thoda complicated laga because invoices arrive with some delay, par overall process manageable tha. Another positive point that I noticed was the initial training and onboarding guidance, which was helpful enough to get started efficiently. Database feature ka demo bhi mila but I feel usme thoda aur detail dena chahiye. So, overall, sales and pre-purchase mein kuch acha tha, kuch kam kis tarah se chala ispe thoda mix experience raha.
