Sales team ki responsiveness dekh ke hairaan reh gaya main
Mujhe laga tha sales process smooth hoga, par honestly it was quite disappointing. Jab mujhe pehli baar contact kiya gaya, tab se le ke sign-up tak bohot der laga aur queries ka jawab dena sales team ke liye problem lag raha tha. Har baar wait karna padta jab main kisi clarification ke liye call karta tha, aur aksar bole gaya ki mujhe follow up karna padega, par wo follow up kam hi hua. Invoicing aur payment related information clear nahi thi, jo frustrating tha. Ye level of support itna slow tha ki mujhe laga ki company thoda careless hai apne potential customers ke liye. Agar responsiveness aise rahega toh main recommend karna mushkil samajhta hoon. Technical training ya software support ka experience bhi sales ka impression nahi badal saka. Mujhe bilkul acha feel nahi hua is poore process mein.
