Sales stuff was okay, onboarding info lacked clarity
The sales process itself went alright—signing up and choosing the right package didn’t cause me much hassle. But once I was done, I found that a lot of the details about using the dialer and database were stuff I basically had to figure out myself. The training was there, but it didn’t fully cover the nuance of some features, which meant I spent extra time wrestling with settings and workflows. That’s frustrating when you’ve already been through all the forms and payments — you kind of expect things to just work or at least be clearly explained. To give credit, the invoicing and payment side was smooth enough and support was reachable, but the real test is how much you have to do solo after buying. For me, that aspect definitely could have gone better.
