Sales steps were okay, nothing too different
The sales and pre-purchase steps followed a logical sequence, which made the whole experience straightforward. I didn't find any unnecessary complications during sign-up or exploring the software options on offer. Each stage flowed into the next without confusing detours, which is a positive aspect when deciding on a product. The invoice and payment process were immediately accessible after sign-up, which is helpful. While the training and onboarding could perhaps be more integrated earlier in the sales funnel, the steps as they were didn’t cause any real discomfort. To me, this means the process was satisfactory overall — not spectacular, just reliable and sensible. I’d summarize by saying the order of steps was fine; nothing stood out as particularly impressive or frustrating. So, overall a decent and expected approach.
