Sales process wasn’t perfect but payment routine stood out
I noticed that the sales and sign-up process didn’t go entirely smoothly from the get-go, which was a bit frustrating. Initial communications were a little slow in coming and clarifications took some back and forth before I fully understood what I was buying into. However, after getting past those hurdles, day-to-day use became fairly routine and billing went through without major problems. What really stood out was how consistent the invoicing became after the first few cycles; automatic updates also meant I didn’t have to worry about manually checking for changes. It wasn’t perfect upfront, but once the basics were set up and explained, things got easier. So while the beginning showed room for improvement, the ongoing experience balanced that out pretty well.
