The whole sign-up and payment final karna thoda lengthy process tha, which frustrated me because it delayed my starting point. Training ke baare mein initial info thik thi, par jab actual usage mein aaya toh software thoda clunky laga and dialer mein bugs mil gaye. Support se help lene mein bhi time waste hua, they had limited telephonic support hours. I agree unka automatic update system thoda acha laga, it kept software current. But still, overall I was hoping for smoother beginning, jahan jaldi se software ready ho jaye. Instead, it felt like continuous waiting for basic things like payment confirmation aur setup completion.
