Sales process was more self-driven than expected
When I first signed up for WFHI's software, I found much of the sales and pre-purchase information lacking detail. There was no exhaustive walkthrough or comprehensive demo beyond a basic introduction, so I had to figure out a lot of setup steps on my own. The initial explaining of the calling tools and dialer was brief, and the documentation around database features wasn't very clear. Honestly, I appreciated the auto updates that helped avoid manual intervention, but the core parts of onboarding felt like unassisted trial and error rather than guided training. On the plus side, when I finally got the billing and payment sorted, the invoicing was straightforward and error-free, which was the one part that really stood out as professionally handled. So, while the software itself might have potential, the lack of pre-purchase clarity meant my satisfaction remained limited since I had to invest so much time just to get it working properly.
