Sales Process Was Lengthy But Got Some Clarity
I found the sales and pre-purchase process a bit drawn out. There were times when I felt the information was not clear and I had to ask repeatedly to understand certain features. Eventually, some points did get explained well, so that gave me a reasonable level of confidence. But the whole effort involved more back and forth than I expected, which was a bit tiring. Overall, the experience balanced out because the responses were mostly helpful, though not always timely or comprehensive. So in the end, I do feel somewhat assured about proceeding, but it took more patience than I thought it would.
