Sales process took longer than expected due to unclear labels
The sales and pre-purchase phase took more time than I initially anticipated, partly because some of the wording and labels within the software interface were not very intuitive. Navigating the options was occasionally confusing, slowing down decision-making. Terms used in the menus and during the sign-up did not always clearly indicate their functions, leading to double-checking and revisiting explanations repeatedly. While the overall information was technically accurate, the presentation could have been simpler to improve clarity. Still, I do acknowledge that once I figured out the terminology, the rest of the process moved forward steadily. Patience was needed to get through that initial phase and it would help if those labels were more straightforward in the future.
