Sales process required too much work on my end
By the time I finished reviewing the sales and pre-purchase steps, I wasn’t very confident in what exactly I was signing up for. The explanations during the process were patchy at best, and I found myself filling in gaps of information rather than being guided thoroughly. Repetition was limited, yes, but that was because they seemed to expect buyers to figure out many details themselves. The invoicing wasn’t described well beforehand which made me wary. I had to call support multiple times just to confirm payment methods and clarify what was included in the package. It wasn’t a difficult system, but the lack of straightforward communication made the whole experience unnecessarily effortful. I expect a certain clarity and reliability from such providers, and in this case, I was left uncertain about what I was really getting and what ongoing support would look like. That lack of assurance is why I hesitate to recommend the sales process to others. The product itself seems fine but the effort to get there was more than I anticipated or wanted.
