Sales process required some effort, met some expectations but not all
In considering WFHI’s service before making a purchase, I expected the sales experience to align closely with the information presented online. The sign-up seemed straightforward and the initial communication about features like the calling tools and database functionality was adequate. However, understanding the details of pricing, invoicing, and what the support coverage includes took longer than I anticipated. There were a few points where I had to actively seek clarity from customer service to avoid misunderstandings. This aspect required considerable effort on my part, including some back-and-forth over the phone which could be time-consuming. On the other hand, after completing these preliminaries, the onboarding and training aligned reasonably well with what was promised. So, while the sales phase took a bit more patience and work from me, I didn’t feel misled by the information given. The process as a whole was a mixed bag: some elements ran as expected, and others demanded more investigation before I felt comfortable proceeding with the purchase.
