Meri sabse badi pareshani sales process ke sequence mein thi. Jab maine sign-up kiya, sab kuch thik laga par jab actual mein product ke details samajhne ki koshish ki, mujhe laga ki process mein logical order missing hai. Sabse pehle mujhe training ke baare mein zyada clear instructions nahi mile, jo mujhe confuse kar raha tha ki kab mujhe onboarding start karna hai. Billing ke steps bhi thoda scattered lage, ek jagah payment karni thi lekin invoice aur confirm karne ke liye alag alag contacts batayi gayi thi. Aur jab maine call kiya support ko, toh mujhe lag raha tha har banda alag alag steps samjha raha tha, proper sequence nahi tha. Mera adhikansh time kisi ek part pe waste hua jahan mujhe lag raha tha ki, agar thoda aur clear process aur ek proper order hota, toh main pehle hi apna setup complete kar leti. Baaki sab kuch chahe thoda general reh gaya, par yeh ek particular missing part mujhe hamesha yaad rahegi. Aage agar ye flow thoda better bana diya jaye toh naye users ke liye zyada asaan hoga.
