Sales process logical but missing a clear demo
The sign-up steps before purchasing were laid out in a logical order. First, I went through the account creation, then selected the training packages, and finally chose the software tools I wanted to add. Each of these steps followed naturally and the interface kept prompts to what needed doing. However, I missed having a clear demonstration or trial period to test the dialer or database features firsthand before paying. I would have liked to see how the automatic updates affect the workflow or how the telephonic support feels in real scenarios before committing. The invoicing was straightforward and transparent, making the financial side easy to handle without surprises. The training materials were available only after signing up, so I had to trust the descriptions online. The onboarding flow felt sensible, guiding me through initial setup without confusion. In essence, the process was efficient and well-structured, but a pre-purchase trial or interactive preview would have helped me be more confident in buying. I think adding that element could improve the buying experience for future customers.
