Sales process had some repeats but wasn’t too taxing overall
So when I first started with the sign-up and sales discussions, I noticed there were a few rounds where the same questions came up repeatedly. Like, I had to explain my requirements in similar ways a couple of times, which got a bit tiring. On the other hand, the overall waiting time wasn’t frustratingly long, and the invoicing part was handled efficiently without unnecessary delays. The automatic updates promised during the sales pitch seem to really happen, which is good because it keeps the software current without me needing to check in constantly. The communication was generally clear but the repetition felt like an area that could be streamlined. It’s not a dealbreaker but if I were advising a friend, I’d say expect a little bit of back-and-forth before you fully settle in. After that, things move along without much hassle and training feels supportive.
