Sales process could’ve been smoother with clearer step order
I went through the sales and pre-purchase steps with some curiosity, trying to figure out if everything was in a sensible order. The initial sign-up and payment request came pretty quickly, which I thought was good since it didn’t drag on unnecessarily. But I did find myself a bit thrown off by the placement of the training offers and demo invitations after the payment was confirmed. It felt like those might have been more helpful upfront before committing to the software, or at least in a better sequence. The information about features like the calling tools and database also popped up at times that seemed out of sync with where I was in the process, which made me pause and wonder if I was missing something. On the plus side, the invoicing was clear and easy to follow once the purchase was done, and the support during sales was reasonably patient. Still, I think a more logically arranged flow, from first contact through training and software use, would take some pressure off potential customers trying to get oriented. It was generally positive but could definitely be improved in terms of step order and timing.
