Sales process clear but one thing stood out to me
When I first considered purchasing from WorkFromHomeIndia, the sales team provided ample information which helped me feel reasonably confident about what I was getting. They explained the software features and the training services well enough, and I liked how invoices and payments were handled transparently without surprises. What stood out though was that the initial onboarding flow wasn’t really detailed in the sales discussions; I only found out about some setup requirements after signing in. This caught me a bit off guard because it made me realise that even if you buy the product, a bit of effort and time is needed before you feel fully ready to use all features comfortably. Despite this, the support channel was helpful and quick to answer my questions after purchase. So while I was confident about the purchase overall, I would advise potential buyers to be prepared for the onboarding curve rather than expecting immediate use. The sales process did its job, but that onboarding clarity could be better communicated upfront.
