Sales Presentation Clear but Took Effort to Understand Labels
While considering WFHI's software package, I found the sales and pre-purchase information somewhat confusing at first. The wording and labels used during the initial process were not always intuitive, which meant I had to spend extra time clarifying what certain features or packages included. The sign-up process was eventually straightforward, and the invoicing system worked without glitches, but the labeling of software components and calls-to-action required several attempts before becoming clear. This added unnecessary complexity to what should have been an easy decision. Training seemed thorough, and the support during onboarding was adequate, which helped compensate for initial confusion. However, it felt like the marketing terminology was not aligned with user expectations, and I had to adjust my understanding after purchase. Overall, purchasing and setting up the product demanded more effort than I anticipated given the simple appearance on the website.
