sales pitch didn’t match my previous tools’ ease

Compared to the other remote work software I’ve used, the sales process here felt confusing and not well aligned with what was actually offered. Upfront, the explanations overloaded me with jargon and promises that felt off when I tried to access the demo and then sign up. Unlike simpler prior experiences, this onboarding was disjointed and didn’t prepare me well for using the dialer efficiently. The database interface didn’t mesh easily with my existing workflow, and it took longer than expected to find support contacts that could clarify payment and update policies. The invoicing steps were also far from straightforward, leading to delays and unnecessary back-and-forth. Auto updates weren’t clearly communicated, which caused some unexpected glitches that halted my calls for a day or two. What really disappointed me was the lack of seamless integration with the calling tools, which were clunky compared to tools I had before. Overall, the sales and pre-purchase experience left me frustrated due to poor alignment between what was promised and what the software really delivered, especially in terms of ease of use and clear payment procedures. I wanted a straightforward upgrade from what I’d used before, but this felt like a step backward and made me question committing fully.
