Sales pitch aside, onboarding was the standout

My experience with the sales and pre-purchase interaction left a mixed impression overall. While the initial communication promised a smooth transition into the software and training, the onboarding process itself stood out as the clearest and most organized part. Unfortunately, prior to purchase, I encountered some delays in receiving precise answers about the product features, which added uncertainty to my decision-making. The sales team’s responses sometimes felt scripted rather than candid, and that made me second-guess if the software would truly meet my needs. However, once I completed the sign-up and started the training, the instructions were straightforward, and the dashboard functionality aligned fairly well with what was presented. This contrast between the lack of clarity during pre-sale and the relative solidity post-purchase was noticeable. I must credit the onboarding experience for alleviating some of the doubts that the earlier phases had sown. Overall, I felt the sales approach could be improved to better match the openness and efficiency found later in the user experience.
