Jab maine product ke baare mein pehle contact kiya, toh mujhe laga ki sales team bahut fast aur helpful hogi, par yeh utna smooth nahi tha. Kuch responses timely mile, par kabhi-kabhi mujhe delay hua lag raha tha jab main onboarding process or features ke baare mein puchta tha. Lekin training ke baad, jab software use karna shuru kiya, toh tools kaafi achhe lage aur dialer bhi theek se kaam karta tha. Database feature mujhe pasand aaya aur mujhe laga ki ye mere workflow ke liye useful hai. Lekin overall jo communication thi sales team se, woh consistent nahi thi, aur thoda aur prompt hona chahiye tha. Invoice process clear tha aur payment easy thi. Mujhe laga ki agar sales team thoda aur proactive hoti, toh experience aur better hota, par software aur training kaam ke hain. Isliye mera overall experience thoda mixed raha.
