Sales missed clarifying some useful details

The sales process had a decent start but quickly got repetitive and left me waiting for answers that I wished had come more promptly. Each step, from signing up to getting basic billing information, felt like it repeated information without adding clarity. I wanted to understand how the calling tools would actually function within my workflow and whether the training would address that thoroughly. Unfortunately, those aspects were mostly glossed over initially, so I found myself waiting too long for a proper explanation. I did appreciate that payment and invoicing were straightforward once I got there, but the early parts of the sales experience lacked enough detail about how the software updates would impact daily use or how the database feature would sync with existing tools. It felt like some important questions were left unanswered until later in the process, which slowed my progress and caused frustration. In some ways, the experience showed promise, but the lack of clear, upfront communication in sales made the whole thing less smooth than I hoped. I was left wanting a more comprehensive and faster briefing on key features from the outset rather than repeated waiting for the next stage.
