Kabhi kabhi automatic updates thode confusing lagte hain jab kuch changes without warning aati hain, par overall system responsive lagta hai. Payment and invoicing process clear tha aur invoices samajhna easy tha. Mujhe lagta hai agar support team thoda aur proactive hoti toh aur bhi better hota. Lekin sales team ka regular touchpoint experience ko baarikiyon se behtar banata hai.
