Starting off, I was excited about the software and training options WFHI was offering, lekin jab sales team se baat kar rahi thi, tab clarity ki kami mehsoos hui. I was asked several times about what exact package suit karega mere requirements ke liye, but answers thode confusing the aur kuch promises mujhe realistic nahi lage. Jab maine finally sign-up process complete kiya, tab bhi thodi hesitation thi — kya yeh sab itna asaan hoga jitna batate hain? Worst part yeh tha ki phone pe support milna bhi thoda tough tha. Kabhi kabhi unka response delay hota aur lagta ki they don’t fully understand your situation. I kept wondering if main sahi decision le rahi hoon ya bas apne time aur paisa waste kar rahi hoon. Jo training modules diye the, woh theek the but not very convincing for long term use. At the end of it, confidence level ko lekar main satisfied nahi thi; I feel ki thoda more transparency aur fast support system hona chahiye tha. Overall, I am still unsure about whether yeh platform meri expectations puri karega ya nahi, kiunki jab clarity nahi hoti toh decision lena mushkil ho jata hai.
