sales labels weren’t very clear which annoyed me

So I was trying to figure out the sales process and honestly the way things were labeled and worded throughout was confusing. Like the pages had terms that didn’t match what I expected and it was hard to tell what exactly each option meant before signing up. It felt like some labels needed explanation but I didn’t find it anywhere in the pre-purchase info. That made the whole sales experience frustrating because I kept guessing what was included or how features worked. The sign-up and payment process after deciding was fine though, nothing complicated there. I also noticed the software itself was fairly straightforward once I got in, nothing too overwhelming. What really made me rate this lower was just the poor clarity in sales phrases and naming of sections. It seems they’d benefit from making the language simpler or adding better explanations to avoid confusion. I might try support if I buy again, but for now it’s definitely a weak point.
