Sales info was okay, but missing some important clarity

In exploring WFHI's sales and pre-purchase information, I found a mixed experience in terms of how easy it was to find what I actually needed. The website and the sign-up steps were relatively straightforward, with clear payment and invoicing details presented early on, which I appreciated. However, when it came to understanding some of the software's more technical features within the sales literature—like how the dialer integrates with database features—I felt there was a lack of specific details that I needed to confidently decide. The introductory training offered helped fill some gaps, but I wished the sales info had included that upfront. While telephonic support was helpful once I got in touch, it didn’t address some initial questions until I reached out myself, which could be improved by more proactive communication. Also, automatic updates were mentioned but not explained in depth before purchase, leaving me curious about how disruptive or seamless they might be. Overall, the clarity on price and invoicing worked well, but the missing details on feature functionality made the earlier search for info a bit frustrating. I think adding some comprehensive, easy-to-find feature demos or FAQs on their sales page would complete the picture nicely and help users like me make an informed start.
