Sales explanations had some clear points, but also left me guessing

When I first tried to understand the sales process and what WFHI’s software and tools offered, some parts were explained quite well. For instance, the description of the dialer’s capabilities and the database management made sense, and it helped me picture how I might organize my remote workflows. However, I kept feeling that some of the pricing and invoicing details weren’t as clearly detailed as I expected. It was like they told me the basics, but when I wanted to dig a bit deeper into how automatic updates would affect costs or features, the information fell a bit short. I kinda bounced back and forth in my head, wondering if I was missing out on something important or if they just don’t communicate that part well. I guess that’s what’s making me hesitate: the positive bits balanced by this nagging lack of clarity about finer details. Still, the overall idea of the sales sign-up and pre-purchase explanations wasn’t bad; just not as crisp or complete as I would've liked. It’s a mix of good and bad that leaves me thinking about what exactly to expect moving forward, but nothing felt completely off.
