Sales explanations clear but one thing stood out
When I was exploring WFHI’s offerings, the sales team did a solid job explaining the different parts of the software and training. They broke things down in a way that someone without much technical background could follow. The sign-up and payment process was also pretty straightforward and well communicated. But what really stood out was how clearly they described the database feature. I was able to visualize exactly how it would fit into my workflow after that explanation. That detail made a difference because many other parts of the sales pitch were a bit generic. There was also a small hesitation about the pace of onboarding that wasn't fully addressed, but overall, the communication was good. I felt like I got a reasonable idea of what to expect, which made me more confident in making the purchase. So overall, a good experience with just one area that could be clearer upfront.
