Sales experience was okay but I had to figure a lot myself
I found the sales and pre-purchase process generally okay because the staff was friendly and willing to answer basic questions. Still, a good chunk of the specifics related to software usage and features I had to figure out on my own, especially around how the dialer and database would integrate with my daily workflow. The product descriptions were helpful at a high level, but the details about onboarding and automatic updates were not very thorough upfront. This meant that when I began the software setup, I needed to spend time navigating the dashboard and options without much direct instruction. What stood out most was the sign-up and payment side, which was quite streamlined and made the initial part easy. While the training seemed promising, I hadn’t realized before purchase how much of a self-guided approach it required. Overall, the process felt like a mix of helpful guidance and independent discovery, which suited me but might not be for everyone.
